SUNOCO ULTRA CAL-TACK WR2 is the second and the latest formulation of a state-of-the-art, calcium sulfonate-based, water resistant grease. This premium high-performance grease has exceptional mechanical stability, high load carrying ability and outstanding resistance to water, oxidation and corrosion. The calcium sulfonate thickener in SUNOCO ULTRA CAL-TACK WR2 contains no heavy metals or harmful additives making it an environmentally-friendly grease option.
SUNOCO ULTRA CAL-TACK WR2 is designed for use in marine and industrial applications operating under severe conditions and where water is in frequent contact with the grease. It can also be used in slab and steel mill roller bearings and centralized lube systems, rock crushing and mining, and dredging applications.
SUNOCO ULTRA CAL-TACK WR2 has outstanding high temperature, extreme pressure and anti-wear properties. It provides superior rust and corrosion protection and has the strongest resistance to water washout of all the Sunoco grease offerings. Calcium sulfonate greases contain no heavy metals or other environmentally harmful additives making them ideal for outdoor usage in industries such as construction, mining and quarry operations, dredging, and any other areas where toxic impacts are of great concern.
